If you've signed up for our email list, you should have just gotten an email asking you to confirm that you want to receive our newsletter. That email came from us via Constant Contact, the company that has always managed our mailing list. They help us keep your information private and make sure that our newsletter only goes out to people who have requested it. We hope you'll stay on the EepyList by clicking on the confirmation link they provided in that email or by simply replying to that email.

If you have not received an email from us and Constant Contact asking you about this, you can simply rejoin the EepyList. You'll then receive an email requesting confirmation. If you reply to that email or click on the confirmation link there, you will be assured of receiving our newsletter.

In the last few months, we have sent out two newsletters, only to people who have signed up on our web site, but we've gotten some complaints that we're sending out unsolicited emails. It seems to be a symptom of the EepyList having grown so big so quickly.

To reassure the internet providers that we are only sending out to people who want to receive our emails, we have to ask you to confirm that you did indeed sign up for our newsletter. With this confirmation, we'll be able to send out newsletters and trust that they aren't getting automatically blocked from reaching you.
